About Rich Ayuso: Rich has over 19 years of progressive management experience, beginning as a military officer and progressing as a business manager in private industry. He has over seven years of direct experience managing multi-million dollar, large-scale systems design, development, and implementation projects for Fortune 500 companies in the Insurance, Diversified Financial Services, Transportation, and Food Processing industries.

Rich holds a BS in Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Marymount University in Virginia.

Rich has had significant technical and managerial assignments in information technologies and business unit management. His breadth of experience includes managing international programs and an $18 million/year profit center, providing engineering, information technology (IT) and project management consulting services, developing enterprise application architecture designs, supervising database administration and large-scale client-server systems development.

Rich has demonstrated broad leadership abilities and has successfully created a high-performance team for every endeavor. He has managed cross-discipline teams of developers (mainframe and client-server), data analysts, database administrators, system administrators, business analysts, as well as extensive experience managing consultants.

Rich has provided close coordination and frequent interaction with business professionals and executives at all levels to align business priorities with IT deliverables and to secure ongoing funding.

Rich has demonstrated extensive project management expertise while developing and implementing enterprise applications. He has a proven track record of delivering large scale systems projects on-time, on (or under) budget, and to the delight of the end-users!
